I will be happy to provide expert advice on all your questions regarding an order. You can contact me via email or make an appointment for a personal consultation. Please note that I will not answer any emails that
do not refer to having a garment made in my studio. I ask you to only contact me if you are seriously interested in ordering a costume. Should no contract result you will be charged for the consultation by hour!

How to order:
Submit your order via mail, fax at 0049 + 2383 912945 or email.
You will receive a confirmation .
You will have to sign a contract
and send it back to me along with your payment.
You will receive digital pics of your unfinished garment and reports on a regular base.
Please note: your order is not regarded as confirmed until you signed the contract and sent payment / deposit! Please make sure that you do not exceed the time limit to make payments
or return the contract as I will then have to cancel your order.
Shipping charges:
The price depends on the weight of your order, the country you live in and
preferred method of shipping (airmail/surfacemail).
No order will be shipped without insurance!! The cost will be added to your total shipping cost.
Orders to European countries will ship via UPS or a similar service of your choice.

Returns:
There are absolutely no returns for custom orders and every garment made to your specifications.
